Oh curses.
Ebenezer Ekuban is out for the season with an Achilles' tendon injury. He's totally my favorite Bronco; I mean, just look at his name--tis awesome. Plus sometimes he has really long hair, which is fun. I barely saw him at the end of last year (but that's prolly because Denver started letting people just walk by them with the ball, so broadcast TV stopped carrying some of the games), and now not at all this year.
Ahh, Denver. Tis a love-hate relationship we have. I love you guys, but sometimes you really screw up. I lol, though, at how last year I got totally into football. I yell at the screen. (But then again, I do that with most TV shows and movies also. Still.)

Date: 2007-08-28 03:58 am (UTC)il how I got all into football last season too. Now I still like to know how my
tramteam is doing, but I don't get excited over the games or make sure I watch every second of them. Or... yell at the screen.I don't yell at the screen much at all, really. But I do gigglesqueak and stuff, lol. Or I'll insult people (or ask them wtf they're doing, or why they're endangering themselves like that etc.), but that's not often.

Exactly why he's got one of the best names in the NFL. He's a decent player, it's the name that just pushes him over into the waycool section.

I probably wouldn't either, but because I live in St. Louis and my team is in Denver (and St. Louis has its own team), I only get to see a couple of games a year because they either show some other game on at the same time or they show them on cable. So it's a bigger deal when I actually get to see a game, thus the excitement.

Yeah, I do that too. Especially with sports like soccer and volleyball, which I played for a long time, because I'm much more well versed in the strategy in those games and enjoy dissing the strategy choices of the players/coaches when they don't work.
