So. Story.
In our liberal union (basically young democrats) at my school, one of the people at the meeting asked who was in charge of our Amnesty International this year, and Katie raised her hand and pointed to me. Which made me feel loved. And important. But mostly loved.
And that's my story about Amnesty love.

Date: 2006-08-31 04:54 am (UTC)I want to meet a short, green, wrinkly person who speaks in a backwards way. It'd be really fun to have him/her/it for a history teacher. :P
I've got to figure out what we're going to do and it's rather nervewracking.
*hugs* I wish you good luck!! Do you have a teacher-sponser? They might be able to give you a hand. Or the Amnesty International website; that would probably be very, very helpful if you get stuck.

Yeah, we've got the same one who's been doing it since I've been there, so she knows what's going on, which helps. And I had her last year for psychology too, so she already knows me from elsewhere than just Amnesty, which is a plus.
