The SG-1 episode "Entity" (4.20) is so freaking Sam/Janet.

That's all I've got to say. Watched it, went "Oh, yeah. Pretty obvious they're together."

Still waiting (as I have been since, oh, January) for disks 3 and 4 of season one at the library. Somebody lost it or whatever, and they haven't ordered new copies.

Grr. I hadn't realized that the library didn't own the disk anymore, or maybe I would have stopped waiting for it and skipped those two disks and continued watching the episodes. Instead, as I was trying to watch them in order, I didn't watch most of the ones that my brother brought home (though he'd come upstairs and tell me "It's got Janet in it!" and sometimes I couldn't resist) and as such have seen far fewer than I could have by now.

Oh yeah. Her reactions to everything going on with Sam were just terrific to watch.

I remember reading somewhere that her grandfather had just died when they filmed this, so when she walked into the room to say it was time to let Sam go, she flashed on his dying. Which makes it even MORE heartbreaking. :-(

Was it just me, or did her voice crack a bit there? You know, this is one show that has some of the best actors. . . .

It definitely did! You can see why above, but... yeah. Even the little stuff, like her sagging against the elevator wall? So subtle, but so perfectly done.

I may be about to buy seasons 3 and 4, though, which makes me much with the happy. I've just got to get a ride down to where the person lives to pick it up. So, not season one, but still cool all the same.

Ooooo, yay! The other seasons are all superior to Season 1, IMO, so... it's all good! ;-D
