Nov. 6th, 2007 08:06 am I haven't gone to the gym in ages (meaning I missed Sunday because my dad had the keys with the passes and Monday I had class), but the weird adductor (or whatever tendon/ligament) pain I've been having in my right inner thigh (I must have pulled something on Sunday, because it's been going since then) has only gotten worse. Idk what I'm going to do, because it's hard for me to walk even not on a treadmill, but I can't really justify missing another day. I can already feel my muscles atrophying, LOL.
I suppose I just better hope it's gone away, because I'm going tonight. In fact, I was planning to double the treadmill time (because I'm pretty sure I could do it, it's just a matter of getting bored) today to make up for Sunday until I realized that oh, I'm still hurting. Not cool.
