I love them to death, but they're the most single-minded right-wing extremist catholics in the history of the world. Or at least that I know of personally. Grr. Makes for fun visits, as I have to spend the whole time telling myself "Alexandria, don't say anything. Don't say it. Don't reply." They were having a discussion about faggots (my granddad's word, not mine) out there a while ago, and I was like ". . . you guys suck." But I didn't say it. Yay me. Because getting in fights with them over stuff like this would get me disowned. And that means no more money for Christmas and birthdays.
Except I'm really going to have to read some good fic to get me through this.
