Evidently the UK only thing for the Torchwood audio dramas got put back on sometime today. I remember downloading the last one about CERN to listen to on my MP3 player, and people talked about this one being not region-locked for the download earlier today, but as of this morning it downloads a short little obnoxious file saying this is only for UK-ites. Why not just not download it with a popup saying "Sorry, nope"? Actually downloading an mp3 is just stupid. I can still stream the file on the website, but I'd rather take it mobile, you know, burn it to a CD and listen with the fam, that sort of thing. *grumbles*
