OMGWTF *growls*
Epic fic I just finished (actually sequel to another epic) just ended. Poof.
"Deanna!" Kira called. "Get back up here, we've got a lock!"
Deanna glanced to the front of the ship, then looked back at Tuath. "As I said--you're safe."
Tuath looked away, silent.
What kind of an ending is that? I mean, it was an amazing story, but HOW DOES IT END?!? I didn't see a 3rd part on the archive I found it on, so it looks like this, along with the other really amazingly good Kiraslash epic I read are both unfinished.
Though if anyone by some weird chance happens to know that it's still in progress or of the location of the ending, I'd much appreciate it.

I had turned the brightness way down on my monitor while I was reading it, as it was long and I didn't want my eyes to get screwed up more than they already are from spending long amounts of time in front of black text on a white background, but now that I've finished, I turned it back up again and it feels really bright. Like eye-hurting bright. So I think I'm going to turn it back down, to maybe half of where it was before. Because it does screw up looking at pictures, but it helps with text.
